initial discussion

Often we first speak by phone to confirm we can help and if so arrange a meeting.

collect more information

To get the most from our initial time together, we ask you provide background information on you and your objectives ahead of our meeting. We'll send you a template that many find useful given its comprehensiveness.

initial meeting (no fee)

In our first meeting (or phone conference if you are outside of Melbourne and Sydney) we will clarify your circumstances and goals and agree the scope of any advice and assistance you would benefit from. This will be followed by a written proposal including our fee.

analyse and document

We will research in detail your current financial arrangements, explore options, create and document recommendations.

advice discussion

We spend between 2 and 4 hours over 1, 2 or 3 meetings to explain the steps you need to take to improve your financial circumstances.


Many of our clients want us to implement their investment, insurance and estate planning recommendations.

ongoing service

We meet with ongoing clients twice a year to confirm their situation and to reconfirm or adjust current strategies, investments and contingency plans. We additionally communicate with our clients throughout the year on various matters. They contact us anytime they need us.
